Creative Reuse Art Exhibition

You are invited to a unique and inspiring exhibition of community-created art, celebrating the power of sustainable creativity. The Creative Reuse Art Exhibition will be on display daily in the lobby at the SALA Los Alamos Event Center from Saturday, September 13, through Saturday, September 20.

This free exhibition features art created by local community members, showcasing how discarded materials can be transformed into new and meaningful works. The collection is the culmination of recent Paint on Plastic and Junk Journaling workshops, where community members learned to breathe new life into items that might otherwise be considered trash.

The exhibition is organized by Places & Spaces Los Alamos and curated by local artist Kes Luchini. Visitors are encouraged to explore the diverse range of pieces, all demonstrating the beauty and potential of upcycled materials.
