Shuttle Service

Starting May 19, 2025, Bandelier National Monument offers a free shuttle service managed by Atomic City Transit to Frijoles Canyon, running every 10 minutes from 10 a.m. between the Frey Trail Parking Lot, Bandelier Visitor Center, Juniper Campground, and mesa top trailheads. Shuttle use is only required when canyon parking is full at Bandelier National Monument. There is no service to/from the White Rock Visitor Center this year, though it's still a great stop for regional info and exhibits.

Visiting When Our Locations Are Closed?

Look for one of our kiosk locations around town to pick up brochures and information on Los Alamos while visiting! We recommend the one at Main Gate Park.

Note: The RV Park at White Rock Visitor Center is managed by Los Alamos County Community Services Department.
