Splash and Dash is a fun swim and run event for all ages and abilities,
from 5 to 75+. There are three race distances: a 400-yard swim with
a 5k run, a 200-yard swim with a 3k run, and a 100-yard swim with
a 1 mile run. The run course is an out-and-back on Canyon Road,
starting and ending at the Aquatic Center, with turnarounds at East
Park, Myrtle Street Green Space, and 15th Street. Times are re
