25th Anniversary Plant Walk with PEEC
Published on April 16, 2025
Celebrate the Pajarito Environmental Education Center’s (PEEC) 25th anniversary with a special Plant Walk led by local expert Craig Martin on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event is free and offers an easy walk to explore and identify beautiful local wildflowers. Participants will meet at the Los Alamos Nature Center, located at 2600 Canyon Rd, Los Alamos, NM 87544, to check in and carpool to the trailhead. Craig Martin will scout local trails ahead of time to ensure the best possible wildflower viewing experience. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature, learn from an expert, and celebrate 25 years of PEEC’s dedication to environmental education and conservation. The event is free, but space is limited. Early registration is encouraged.
