The Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) and SALA Event Center are thrilled to host the Backcountry Film Festival, the only screening in New Mexico, on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 7 p.m. This event, produced by the Winter Wildlands Alliance, celebrates human-powered winter adventure and conservation.

Attendees will enjoy a night of short films showcasing inspiring backcountry stories, but that’s not all! Doors open at 6 p.m., so arrive early to visit the bar, featuring beer and wine from Pajarito Brewpub & Grill. Plus, don’t forget the super popular live raffle that happens during intermission! Prizes include lift tickets, cool gear, resort stays, gift cards, and so much more! Raffle tickets will be sold in the lobby before the films.

Tickets are $16 per person and support local outdoor recreation and education programs.
